The server migration and consolidation exercises has been completed. All servers are up and will now resume their operation without any noticeable services impact

Dear Valued Clients,
As part of our continuous commitment to provide better services and better hosting experience to our valued clients, Exabytes will be carrying out server migrations and consolidation exercises.
Date: 30th Aug 2019
Time: 10.00 PM MYT
ETA: 1 hour
Estimate 10 minutes of downtime per server
What will happen during the migration?
------------------------------------------------
1. We will shut down and unplug the servers, and move them from current rack to new rack.
2. A 10 minutes downtime is to be expected during the migration exercise.
3. A separate detailed announcement will be sent to you regarding the actual date of migration of your hosting services/servers.
4. There will be NO changes of IP addresses to your hosting accounts/servers upon the completion of the migration.
What Are The Things You Need To Prepare?

We recommend all clients to run a full data backup of their services with us to the local desktop/laptop/external drive as an extra precaution for this major migration exercise.
