1. Go to Exabytes Cloud Billing System using following URL:
http://cloud.exabytes.com/mypanel/index.php?/root&action=passreminder
2. Key in your email address and click on "Send me my password".
3. Password confirmation was sent to the email you have provided, please check your mailbox for the log in password.
