Set your widget's texts and required fields for different scenarios.
What you say to your visitors is most crucial to make them give you a call. You can customize what
you say to them in all 3 sections of the Novocall Widget.
Customizing the text display of the widget could be found in "Widget Settings" > "Widget Content"
Call Now Page
When visitors click on the widget, the Call Now page will be shown first.
Navigate to Call Page.
Call Now Text
You'll be able to customize the Text Display. The default will be "Would you like to receive an
instant callback now?"
If your visitors visits your website after-hours, or if they choose to click on the "Call Me Later",
the Scheduled Call Page will be shown.
Navigate to Schedule Page.
Schedule Call Text
You'll be able to customize the Text Display. The default will be "Would you like to schedule a callback?"
Email Required Field
For scheduled calls, it's recommended that you add email as a required field, so that we can send email
notifications to the scheduled caller.
Scheduled Call Settings
You'll be able to edit your scheduled call settings:
- Timeslot Interval - The intervals between timeslots where customers can choose to schedule calls.
- Ranges from 5 mins to 3 hrs.
- Schedule Buffer Time - Buffer time before a call can be scheduled
- Calls Per Timeslot - Limit the number of calls allowed for each timeslot
If your visitors visits your website after-hours, or if they choose to click on the Message Us",
the Message Page will be shown.
Navigate to Message Page.
You'll be able to customize the Text Display. The default will be "Send us a message and we will get back to you."
By adding WhatsApp, you provide an additional avenue for your visitors to contact you.
To enable the WhatsApp button, you'll need to add in your WhatsApp Contact Number.
