Announcement: SSL Configuration Change for Windows Shared Hosting Mail Servers

Dear Clients,

Please be informed that we have implemented an update to our SSL configuration for all Windows Shared Hosting mail servers.

Effective immediately, SSL certificates will no longer be applied at the individual domain level. Instead, only a server-level SSL certificate will be used to secure all connections.

This means:

• Access via the shared server’s secure hostname remains (https://server.hostname) fully supported.

• Custom SSL installation for individual domains under Windows Shared Hosting mail server is no longer available.

This change is part of our continuous effort to maintain system stability, simplify management, and ensure consistent security across all hosted accounts.

If you require domain-specific SSL or dedicated configurations, we recommend considering our VPS or Dedicated Hosting solutions, which allow full SSL customization.
