Our team have fixed on the Smartermail license which lead to the accessing issue this morning.

Migration Update:
Our team have migrated all domains under SMTP2 over new server and here is the IP detail:

Old IP: 110.4.40.10

New IP: 103.6.199.31


There is a login issue at the new server mail and our team is investigating on it as priority.

Migration Update:
As of unexpected technical error during yesterday scheduled migration, the process had to call off and resume at 17th Jun 2016, time 8.00PM (GMT+8).

Migration Impact :
Please be notice that after server migration, server IP shall change to new IP (103.6.199.31). Domain DNS refer to third party are require to change their MX record (mail service) to aforementioned new IP. Domain DNS that host under Exabytes will be responsible and update by us (Exabytes).

The scheduled server migration of SMTP2 [110.4.40.10] has been postponed until further notice. We will re-schedule the server migration and update further.

 Migration Description:

Server has detect unstable symptom and needed to relocate service to new server. 

Our team already set up a new server and all accounts under this server will be migrate over.

 

Migration Impact:
1. During the migration, email services might be slightly interrupted but website remain unaffected.
2. The IP Address of Mail server will be the SAME upon the completion of the migration. (IP shall change to 103.6.199.31 as of news update on date 10th Jun 2016).
3. Email logins, and email configuration will remain unchanged.
