Maintenance Update:

Phase 2 maintenance for sync data over new SMTP11 then bring up new SMTP11 completed successfully.


Mail services on the server will now resume their operation smoothly without any noticeable service impact.

Maintenance Detail:

Our team detected unusual behaviour on this Windows mail server and we will migrate the data to new server urgently to provide a better hosting environment in 2 phases.


Phase 1

We will bring down current SMTP11 and sync data over backup server then bring up current SMTP11.


Phase 2

Date: 6th July 2017

Time: 8:00 PM MYT +0800

ETA: 30 minutes


Detail:

We will bring down current SMTP11 and sync data over new SMTP11 then bring up new SMTP11.

 

Migration Affects:
1. During the maintenance period, mail service is not available but website remain unaffected.
2. The IP Address of Mail server will be the SAME upon the completion of the migration. 
3. Email logins, and email configuration will remain unchanged.
