Migration Description:

We will migrate all accounts which is hosted under list of effected server to a new host environment with assign a new hostname. This maintenance will segregate into three batches. 

Detail of each batch maintenance will stated below and new assigned hostname is stated in column.


Batch 01 

Date: 26th Sep 2017
Time: 8:00PM MYT

ETA : 2 hours

msv16-sh-crickets.mschosting.com  (New assigned hostname "msv43-sh-crickets.mschosting.com")


Batch 02

Date: 27th Sep 2017
Time: 8:00PM MYT

msv14-wolffe.mschosting.com  (New assigned hostname "msv41-sh-wolffe.mschosting.com")

Migration Impact:
==========================

1. During the migration, your website and email services might be slightly interrupted.
2. The IP Address of Web/FTP and Mail server will be retained.
3. Your cPanel login, FTP accounts and Email logins, and DNS IP will remain unchanged.
4. Any user email client configured with server hostname are require alter to new hostname as specified after migration.
5. You are advised to keep a backup of your website on your local terminal. You may generate the backup from your cPanel.
