Here is our shared hosting environment structure for mail:
Sender > Exabytes mail server > Outgoing Smarthost > Recipient mail server > Recipient (third party)
Service Disruption Details :
We have noticed there is a spike of load at our Outgoing Smarthost and we are working with our upstream provider closely for an inspection.
What is the role of Outgoing Smarthost?
To perform scan/verification to all Exabytes outgoing email traffic.
Service Disruption Affects :
Incoming email run as usual and certain Exabytes clients may receive delivery failure when attempt to send out mail.
Emails at Outgoing Smarthost in queue for delivery and kindly retry your sending after an hour.
