Maintenance Update:

Scheduled maintenance  for rack moving exercise is successfully completed. All SSD VPS servers below mentioned are up and will now resume their operations without any noticeable service impact.

All SSD VPS clients with following nodeid will be affected by this maintenance.


SSDVPS27 - nodeid 52
SSDVPS28 - nodeid 53
SSDVPS29 - nodeid 54
SSDVPS30 - nodeid 55
SSDVPS31 - nodeid 56
SSDVPS32 - nodeid 57
SSDVPS33 - nodeid 60


How to check if your administrate VPS host under the affected server list?

In order to verify your operation virtual machine under the affected range, may refer to the step below.

  1. Login to client area login portal via portal (https://billing.exabytes.com.my/mypanel/clientarea.php

  2. Proceed to click on "Services" > "My Services" from the drop down option list. 

  3. Select and click on your active VPS service that intended to verify.

  4. Under the load out result, click on "Additional Information" tab. 

  5. The "nodeid" with the reference number shall turn up on your screen. 

  6. Verify if the nodeid exists under above affected list. If the number match, that implies your administrate virtual machine are under the  scheduled  maintenance list and disruption shall expect while the maintenance window kick start.


What will happen during the migration? 

1. We will shut down and unplug the server, and move it to the new rack.

2. A downtime is to be expected during the exercise.

3. There will be NO changes of IP addresses to your hosting account/server upon the completion of the maintenance.


What Are The Things You Need To Prepare?

We recommend all clients to run a full data backup of their services with us to the local desktop/laptop/external drive as an extra precaution for this exercise.
