[UPDATE]

We received an update from SpamRL support team, that incorrect domains were wrongly added to the system leading to this morning email sending interruption. 


They have added further steps to prevent this kind of false-positive situation.


While for us, we try to respond as soon as possible to limit the severity of this incident, and we will also continue working with vendor to evaluate any solutions we can apply if similar issue is observed in the future.

Support department is alerting certain shared hosting clients received bounce back message from recipients mail server that refer to a spam database named: Spamrl.com


Who is Spamrl.com?

spamrl.com is an IP/URL reputation list that store reputation data of IP addresses and domain names.


Here is the sample message:

SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
   550 A URL in this email (xxx . mschosting . com) is listed on https://spamrl.com/. Please resolve and retry


Our team have submitted this false positive report to Spamrl.com and domain mschosting.com has been whitelisted.


It will take some time for the change to be propagated across all systems.
