[Important] Beware of Phishing Emails About Urgent Domain Renewal

Dear Valued Customers,

We have recently discovered a new type of phishing email activity targeting Exabytes customers.

This phishing attempt disguises itself as an official Exabytes notification, using our logo and company details in the email signature. It falsely urges you to renew your domain name immediately, claiming your domain is expiring soon to create panic and trick you into clicking on suspicious links.

REMINDER:

 1. Fake Domain Expiry Notice.

Exabytes will never pressure you to renew your domain name urgently via suspicious emails. All genuine domain renewal reminders will come from our official channels.

 2. Unrecognized Renewal Links.

We will not direct you to unfamiliar or non-Exabytes URLs to make payments or manage your domain name.

 3. Impersonated Email Addresses.

All Exabytes communication will always come from our official emails (xxx@exabytes.com / .net/ .my / .sg / .co.id). We do not use third-party representatives to notify our clients.
