a) For the domain that's going to use our default free nameserver , the domain shall be automatically pointed to your 

subscribed "EBiz Mail PRO package" upon registration.


Note : The above criteria is applied for all type of domain except for .my domain extension. 


You may refer to the hosting information by accessing to your client area ->  https://billing.exabytes.sg/mypanel/clientarea.php -> My Services -> My Products & Services -> Click on your EBiz Mail PRO package -> Manage Product

Next may refer to Step 2 to setup the active sync email accounts to your Smartphone .




b) If your domain is referring to .my extension and the Technical Contact is Exabytes referred from https://whois.mynic.my/

the domain nameserver may need to be first pointed to our default DNS. 


For this request , please send a confirmation email to domain@exabytes.my from your hosting account primary email address to point the domain nameserver to refer to your EBiz Mail PRO package.


Once the nameserver is pointed successfully, do allow 18 to 72 hours for the DNS to propagate globally.

Next may refer to Step 2 to setup the active sync email accounts to your Smartphone .





c) If you are retaining the domain nameserver (DNS) with another hosting provider and using our EBiz Mail PRO service for hosting the email.


You may provide the DNS records obtained your client area ->  https://billing.exabytes.sg/mypanel/clientarea.php -> My Services -> My Products & Services -> Click on your EBiz Mail PRO package -> Manage Product  to the hosting provider to your hosting provider.


Eg:


Server Name smtppro01.mschosting.com

IP Address 103.6.199.201

Next may refer to Step 2 to setup the active sync email accounts to your Smartphone.




Step 1. Creating & Managing Your Mailboxes


Now you can create emails accounts from the client area. You will need to login to the client area via https://billing.exabytes.com.my/mypanel/clientarea.php.

Proceed to Services >> My Services >> Click on EBiz Mail PRO >>  Click on Active >> Manage Users and Aliases.



**NOTE: You will be required to select the Add Smartermail User to create Smartermail Users. **





Good news!


In order to enhance better security for the password access, we are providing SSL/ TLS connection for our customers.


For this implementation, to login to your email simply key in your Service Server Hostname from the EBiz Mail PRO Welcome Email into your browser, eg smtppro01.mschosting.com

Before you proceed, you may want to check if your Activesync is enabled. To do that login to your client area, choose My Product & Services >> Select your EBiz Mail PRO >> Manage SmarterMail Users and Alias >> 

Select User “Edit User” >> Enable Activesync “Yes”


**NOTE: You are required to create a SmarterMail User first before being able to enable your Activesync **
