How to request Read Recipient[Bluemail]

For read-recipient, click the 3-dots menu in the compose screen and click Enable Read Receipt.

This option can be set as default by navigating to 

Accounts> tap the account> Advanced Account Settings 

and click Enable Read Receipt.
