1) Login to cPanel via http://domainname/cpanel or https://serverhostname/cpanel
2) Click on Weebly icon under the FILES section.
3) You may then click on "Edit" on the right column button which related to your domain to start editing for the site.
4) You may then access to the Weebly portal.
