While our dedicated server / VPS package does include support coverage, the upgrade to a new operating system involves additional efforts, resources, and licensing costs beyond the standard package offerings. As such, an upgrade and migration may incur an additional custom charge during the transition. We are more than willing to assist you with the migration process service with below 2 options:
Option 1: Migration Service by Technical Team
- Setup a new server: We will set up a new server for you at no cost.
- Activate control panel License ( cPanel or Plesk ) : Waive
- Minimal Migration Charge: To ensure a smooth migration process, our expert migration team will handle the migration for you. We will charge a minimal fee for this service, taking care of all the technical aspects of the migration.
Notes: Additional cost for data size exceed 1TB.
Option 2: Self Migration by User
- Setup a new server: We will set up a new server with setup server cost.
- Activate control panel License ( cPanel or Plesk ) : There will be a one-time charge for activating the cPanel license, covering a month's subscription fee, as any activation incurs this cost.
- Migration Guide: We will provide you with a comprehensive migration guide to assist you in migrating your data to the new server. You will have the flexibility to carry out the migration at your convenience, with a maximum time frame of one month.
Additional charges: If you require more time, we will charge for cPanel license subscription and the server subscription fee.
