Announcement: EBuzzzz Changes to Event & Logs Retention Policy

Dear Customer,

Our mass mailing vendor: Brevo inform all users about an upcoming change to their event retention policy, which will take effect on January 1st, 2025. 

Who is Brevo?

To maintain optimal performances, events older than 24 months will no longer be retained after this date.

Upon the implementation of this change, statistics, sent, delivered, and open logs for both marketing and transactional emails will be automatically deleted.

To ensure you have access to the data you need, we recommend considering the following options:
- Downloading monthly reports for campaign insights.
- Exporting statistics and storing them on your end.
