[COMPLETED] Scheduled Server Maintenance - Katana cluster control panel

Maintenance Update:

The control panel switching from MSPControl SolidCP maintenance is completed. And the server's control panel and all services are working fine and will now resume their operations without any noticeable service impact.

Maintenance details:

We will arrange control panel switching from MSPControl SolidCP to replace the current front end control panel.

It will provide a new administration experience to all users. 

Maintenance effect:

Only control panel (http://cp.domain.com) will be unavailable during the maintenance period. Web and mail services will remain unaffected.

IMPORTANT

1) All your current control panel password will not accessible in the new control panel that under development of new vendor.
2) Client will need to use “Forgot your Password?” to retrieve temporary password.
3) Once you get the temporary password, client will need to login and reset a NEW permanent password during first access to this new control panel.
