Due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic and the global economy, we have been experiencing a surge in operations costs, software costs and fluctuation of exchange rates. In the past, we have been absorbing the rising costs associated with our solutions and service as we could, and strive to provide our customers with consistent prices for over a decade. However, the recent steep rise in prices has translated into a sharp increase in our costs, and we can no longer absorb the increase.
Therefore, to stay committed to the values that lie at the core of our company, we would like to inform our customers in advance that we are adjusting the prices for some of our products starting on 16 November 2022. You can be assured that we have made every effort to keep the adjustment at the minimum level, and you will not see any pricing adjustments for your existing subscriptions until your next renewal.
