ANNOUNCEMENT: 8% SST Applicable for Outstanding Invoices

Dear Valued Customers,

Greetings from Exabytes. 

Exabytes wishes to inform all valued customers that effective 1 March 2024, all outstanding invoices will be subjected to an 8% SST, as stated in the Service Tax Guideline on the SST rate increase in 2024. For further details, please click here.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR OUTSTANDING INVOICES

All customers are encouraged to login to the Billing System to have a check on their unpaid invoices.

If you have submitted your payment, kindly email the payment slip or bank transfer summary to billing@exabytes.my before 29 February 2024.

1) Visit https://billing.exabytes.my/mypanel/
2) Enter your email address and password and click on the Login button.
** Click on ‘Request a Password Reset’ if you have forgotten your password.
