Announcement: Network Connectivity Issue for Unifi users

Dear Clients,

We are aware that certain Unifi users may be experiencing difficulties connecting to our Kuala Lumpur Data Center network. So far, the reported cases are mainly from the Northern region. Affected users have confirmed that the issue does not occur when using other ISPs such as Maxis or their mobile network as hotspots.
