Our upstream provider is carrying out a major data centre migration exercise.
SpamExperts that act as Incoming/Outgoing smarthost will be affected by the above migration.

Who will be affected?

All Exabytes client's domain that subscribe 'Email spam filtering' (SpamExperts) as Addon.

This includes Shared Hosting and VPS Clients, Cloud Subscribers, Dedicated Server Clients, Co-location Clients, Resellers, etc.
When will this happen?

Scheduled migration period: 12.01 - 2.00 AM MYT
Actual Downtime: 1 hour
IMPORTANT NOTE:
To receive the latest updates from us, please ensure your contact details in our Client Billing System are up to date.
What will happen during the migration?
------------------------------------------------
1. Our upstream provider will shut down and unplug all physical servers that run SpamExperts, and move them from current data centre to the new data centre.
2. A downtime is to be expected during the physical migration exercise.
- Incoming: Temporary not available.
- Outgoing: Run as usual.
- Local delivery: Run as usual.
- Webmail access: Run as usual.
3. There will be NO changes of IP addresses or default SpamExperts MX.
What Are The Things You Need To Prepare?

We recommend all clients that wish to revert their MX before and after the migration contact their current DNS services provider for arrangement.
If your domain that subscribe SpamExperts run the DNS services under Exabytes, please feel free to contact us at support@exabytes.my using PRIMARY CONTACT for a special arrangement.
