Announcement: Exabytes v12 cPanel New NameServer Update

Start Date: 19th April 2024

End Date:  20th June 2024

Announcement Description:

The client's domain that is using the following old NameServer MUST be updated on their NameServer before 20 Jun 2024 to prevent any disruptions in services.

New NS

ns135.mschosting.cloud - 110.4.45.135

ns136.mschosting.cloud - 72.18.132.136

What is DNS (Domain Name System) ?

Computers  can only communicate using series of numbers, so DNS was developed as a sort of “phone book” that translates the domain you enter in your browser into a computer readable IP.

What is NS (Name Server) ?

A name server is a computer application that implements a network service for  providing responses to queries against a directory service @ "phone book"

If the affected domain registered under Exabytes

-We strongly advise you to update the NameServer from your end. In the event that you are unable to do so, one of our team members will update it on your behalf. Should you require any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at support@exabytes.my using your primary contact.

If the affected domain registered with third party.

- To prevent any service interruption by June 20, 2024, it is imperative that you either update the NameServer from your end or reach out to your domain registrar for further assistance.
