Our team found its h/w issue, we swapped the hardware and all vps are up and will now resume their operation without any noticeable service impact.

We also sent the faulty part to vendor to check.

Service Disruption Details:

Our monitoring system has detected all the services for the affected virtual private servers (VPS) are not responding. Our concerned engineers have checked and detected that node hardware failure.  

We will perform a details check on the servers and post another updates once it become available.

Services Disruption Affects:

During the service disruption period, all services for the affected virtual private servers (VPS) will not be available at the mean time and we're sorry for the inconveniences encountered.
