We would like to inform you that we have received reports of a sync issue affecting users on the new Outlook interface.

As a temporary workaround, we recommend switching to Outlook Classic to ensure smooth email access and uninterrupted usage.

For your convenience, below are the recommended configurations for setting up your email:


Incoming Server
Host: xxx.mschosting.com (Your hosting account default hostname)
Port: 993 (IMAP) / 995 (POP3)
Security: SSL


Outgoing Server
Host: xxx.mschosting.com (Your hosting account default hostname)
Port: 465
Security: SSL
