This article will outline the steps to filter specific keywords in your cPanel Webmail.
1. Access your cPanel by visiting the URL https://cpanel.domainname/ or https://domainname:2083/.
2. Click on Email Filters under the EMAIL section.
3. Click on Manage Filters next to the account for which you'd like to add filters.
4. To add a filter, click on Create a New Filter.
5. In the Filter Name field, enter a name for the filter.
6. In the Rules section, select From as matches regex and type the keyword in the text box (e.g., Viagra). In the Actions section, choose Deliver to folder, click on Browse, and select Junk.
7. Finally, click on Create to save the rule.

For webmail filtering rules, users can create them by accessing Webmail, clicking on [Email Filtering], and referring to steps 2 - 6 above.
