1. Introduction
It is important to reward your VIP customers from time to time as part of your business retention strategies. Offering exclusive prices is one of the methods.
2. Create VIP customer group
Admin Panel > Customers > select the customers you would like to add into VIP group > Manage groups > + Add new groups > insert VIP > click √ > check VIP > Confirm > Done.
Tips: if the group is already created, just select the group > Confirm.
3. Create exclusive offer for VIP customers
3.1 Go to Admin > Promotions > Add promotion > select the discount / free gift / purchase with purchase promotion tool you would like to create.
3.2 Fill in your preferred promotion settings > scroll down to the bottom > click on 'Extra condition'.
3.3 Then you already can see Target customers option > tick 'Selected customer group(s)' and select VIP group.
3.4 Fill in other Extra conditions ( optional ) > Save and done.
3.5 Now your VIP customers will be able to enjoy this exclusive offer ( discount / free gifts / purchase with purchase offer ) in their next purchase.
