Unfortunately, there are many possible cause and solution for the above erros, thus, for the error, you may navigate to your respective control panel and get the errors and reach out to us @ support@exabytes.com.my with the error log that you’ve gotten. 


How to get the errors log from your control panel:



cPanel - applicable to cPanel hosting server only


  1. Logon to your cPanel control panel

  2. Search and Locate the Error feature under Metrics per below

  1. You should be seeing as below [Redacted due to security concerns]:

  1. May copy down the errors log approximately to the time where you have encountered and reach us out so that we can see on what we can help. 


Plesk - applicable to Plesk hosting server only


  1. Logon to your Plesk control panel

  2. Look for the Log feature as below

  1. Filter the 500 error log out with the log filter below

Note: 

  • Untick both Access and Warning

  • Enter the number 500 on the circled section

  1. May copy down the errors log approximately to the time where you have encountered and reach us out so that we can see on what we can help.
