Announcement: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on Exabytes Billing System

Exabytes cares about your account security. In an effort to enhance the security of your subscription with us, Exabytes will fully implement Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Time Based Tokens on our billing system login from 25th Feb 2024 onwards.

How Does It Work?

With Time-Based Tokens, you need to enter a 6-digit code that regenerates every 30 seconds in addition to your regular username and password. Only your token device (typically a mobile smartphone app) will have your secret key and be able to generate one-time valid passwords for your account.

How to enable your 2FA?

IMPORTANT NOTE

This security feature will impact all customers’ account logins to our billing system.
