As of 5.00am this morning, Exabytes was subject to a ransomware attack which resulted in the disruptions of some of our services. 

                         

This is a serious matter, and our team is working round the clock to resolve the matter and to restore our services to full capacity. 

                         

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. The security and confidentiality of all our Clients’ data is a top priority for us and we are prioritising the matter to ensure that there are no further disruptions. 

                         

Exabytes has notified and is currently cooperating with the relevant authorities to ensure the continued safety and security of our Clients.
