Access cPanel Services via SSL

For our Shared service server, all Shared SSL Certificates installed on Shared Server Hostname.

So need to use the Hostname to access secure services.

1. To check the server name, please log into the cPanel , on the right side of the window, under

the General Information tab, click Server Information.

2. This will bring you the the Server Information page.

Once you have the server name, then you need to use the url as below to acceess

https://*HOSTNAME*.mschosting.com/cpanel

https://*HOSTNAME*.mschosting.com/webmail

https://*HOSTNAME*.mschosting.com/WHM (for reseller account)

For example, server hostname is MSCHOSTING, so the URL will be as below
