Onboarding with OpenClaw VPS hosting

Welcome! Your VPS has been pre-installed with OpenClaw and is ready to use.

This guide will walk you through first-time access, token setup, and basic usage.

✅  How to configure the OpenClaw Server

  1. SSH into the server, and you will be met with the OpenClaw MOTD and Welcome Message.


  1. Run openclaw doctor to complete the setup.


  1. Review the changes, then run openclaw doctor –fix to apply the changes.

  2. Run openclaw gateway status to check on the OpenClaw Gateway Service.


  1. Then run openclaw dashboard to get the Gateway Token.
