1. Log in to Plesk.
2. On the left-hand side navigation bar, click on Users.
3. Once you’re on the Users page, click Create User Account to add a new user.
4. Fill in the user details on this page and click OK to finish the process.
5. If the account is created successfully, you will receive a success message.
