What is Support Portal user activation ?


When a new user send a support email to us , he or she shall be receiving an email indicating that a new account has been created and steps to activate the account. 


Do not worry that this is just a support portal activation email whereby you may use this portal to submit a case to us in future. 


All account such as billing , hosting account details shall be remained as it is. 


Apart from this, you may still be able to manually drop us an email to our support to lodge a case.
