Outlook not working after password is updated in control panel

User may encounter Outlook prompting incorrect error upon connecting (sample as error below) 



Most probably the above error encountered when the user updated the email account password in his/her control panel, however didn't update the new password in his/her email client Outlook.


Therefore its advised for the user to update the password in the email client Outlook as well. 


NOTE


Shall the login screen still prompting incorrect error as above despite being able to login to webmail or Smartermail , please provide us with affected login details (if able to), screenshot of error encountered and send the details to  support@exabytes.my (MY region), support@exabytes.com (US region) and support@exabytes.sg (SG region) for further investigation.
