  • Domain names may only consist of characters from A to Z and numbers from 0 to 9;
  • Domain names can include a hyphen (-) but cannot start or end with one;
  • No spaces or special characters, such as question marks (?), exclamation points (!), or underscores (_) are allowed;
  • Every domain must have at least two name servers and IPs listed at all times;
  • A domain name cannot have hyphens as the 3rd and 4th characters (reserved for multilingual domain registration, e.g., xn--example.com);
  • All information provided in the domain name registration application must be accurate, current, and complete;
  • The domain owner is responsible for keeping the domain Whois information updated.

You can verify availability by attempting to register the domain at our "Grab your domain now" section on our site. If the name is available, the system will automatically proceed to the next step. You can also check the availability of the domain with various extensions. If the domain name is already taken, enter a different name and search again.

7) What should I do if I've registered an incorrect domain name through Exabytes?

The registration fee is non-refundable. You will be the owner of the domain for the entire fiscal year. You may need to re-register for the correct domain name by submitting a new domain registration order.
