Our billing system has a new features which is "Security questions" and it can be used as an extra level of security when you send us a request to retrieve your billing password.


1) Login to the billing system at here


2) Click on "Edit Account Details" located on the top right of the Windows, under your name.





3) Proceed by clicking on the "Security Setting"



4) Kindly choose the security question that you would like to use and also insert the answer that you prefer.
