1. Go to Exabytes Billing System at here .
2. Click on "Forgot".
3. A new page will appear and ask you to key in your email address (as listed in Exabytes Billing System).
Enter your email address.
4. Your password will be reset and the new password will be sent to your email address.
5. A password reset email will be sent to your inbox with the subject "Reset your password" from billing@exabytes.my.
6. Once you have received your new password, please try logging in again. You may reset your billing account password with strong password which includes letters, numbers and symbols.
