How to Add/Remove Users

Add Users

To add a user, the account owner can send an invitation link by following the steps outlined below:

1. Log in to your billing account at https://billing.exabytes.my/mypanel/clientarea.php

Step 1: Navigate to "User Management"
Step 2: Click on "Invite New User"
Step 3: Enter the user's Email Address
Step 4: Select the appropriate Permissions

Note: Inviting a new user enables you to add someone to your account. If the invitee already possesses an existing user account, they can access your account using their current login details. If not, they will have the option to create a new account.


2. A pop-up window will appear as shown below, allowing you to select the Permissions accordingly.


The following Permissions can be assigned:
Modify Master Account Profile - Access and change client profile information [Please consider carefully before granting this permission]
View & Manage Contacts - Access and manage contacts 
View Products & Services - View access to products, services, and addons 
View & Modify Product Passwords - Allow password resets and other actions 
Perform Single Sign-On - Enable single sign-on into services 
View Domains - Access to view domain registrations 
Manage Domain Settings - Permit domain management such as nameservers/whois/transfers 
View & Pay Invoices - View and pay invoices 
View & Accept Quotes - View and approve quotes 
View & Open Support Tickets - Access to create, respond to, and manage support tickets 
View & Manage Affiliate Account - Access to view and request withdrawals 
View Emails - Access to review account email history 
Place New Orders/Upgrades/Cancellations - Enable placement of new orders

3. After the invitation has been sent, the user will receive an email with the subject: ReferYourOwnAccountName has invited you to their account. 

4. The invited user must click on the link provided in the invitation email to become a user of the respective billing account.

5. The account owner can check the status of the invitations sent (Invitations are sent via Email and are only valid for 7 days from the time of issuance; you may need to resend the invitation if the link has expired):


6. Once the preferred user accepts the invitation, the account owner can modify the user permissions whenever necessary.

Remove Users

1. To remove a user, navigate to "User Management" and click on the "Rubbish Bin" icon for the respective user.

2. You can click the "Confirm" button if you wish to remove this user.
