1. Access the Exabytes Billing System by clicking here .
2. Select "Forgot".
3. A new page will load prompting you to enter your email address (as registered in the Exabytes Billing System).
Type in your email address.
4. Your password will be reset, and a new password will be emailed to you.
5. Look for a password reset email in your inbox with the subject "Reset your password" from billing@exabytes.my.
6. After receiving your new password, please attempt to log in again. You can create a strong password for your billing account, consisting of letters, numbers, and symbols.
