How Do I setup Automatic Update for my WordPress Installation?

Maintaining your WordPress installation in an up-to-date state is a best practice to safeguard your WordPress website from potential hacking attempts. While it's always advisable to do so, certain updates may cause compatibility issues with your plugins and themes if they haven't been updated to the latest versions. You can enable or disable Automatic updates according to the following instructions—making sure that your WordPress installation, along with all themes and plugins, remains up-to-date is always the preferred choice.

1. Log in to your customer portal area to gain access to your control panel.

2. In your control panel dashboard, click on the "My CMS" link located before the "Log In" button. If you have renamed it to something else, it will reflect that accordingly.

3. Once you are on the page, click on "View" next to the Updates.

A new window will pop up. Click on Settings.

4. Select your preferred update options as needed.
