Auto-reply (also call auto-response) in email is useful when you are on vacation or medical leave that 


you will not be able to respond in the shortest time frame due to your availability. 



1.    Login into WordPress control panel via our client area portal



2.    Select MailClick on the mailboxes needed to setup the auto reply





3.    Click on the Auto-Reply tab





4.    Remember to tick the "Switch On auto reply" in order for this setting to be effective and edit the 


       auto reply to suit your requirements. You also can switch off the function on specific date. 



5.    Click OK upon complete to make the changes applied to the mailbox.
