How can I download my report in PDF?

The PDF report is a shareable document that you can download from your account dashboard that gives you an overview of your website's progress.

To download your report in PDF:

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. From the dashboard at the top right, select "Download (month) report", for example, Download April report).

  3. The PDF report will automatically download to your device.

Note: Please make sure your pop-up blocker is enabled.

If you have problems downloading PDF reports, please check if it also happens in "incognito mode".

If it doesn't happen, then you can proceed to check the pop-up blocking settings for your web browser.

Depending on your web browser, here are the settings you can check for each major browser:

Internet Explorer 9

  1. At the top right, click the Tools icon and select Internet Options.

  2. Click the Privacy tab.

  3. Select or uncheck Enable pop-up blocker.

  2. In the "Website address to allow" box, type the address (or URL) of the website you want to see pop-ups for, and then click Add.

  3. Repeat step 2 for each website you want to allow pop-ups from. When you're done adding websites, click Close.

If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.

  • Allow/Block pop-ups for this site

  • Edit pop-up blocker options

Note: If you select "Edit pop-up blocker options," you can click "Exceptions" next to "Block pop-ups" and enter the URLs of the sites you want to allow pop-ups on.
